Delivery

All products are digital and delivered automatically right after payment is confirmed — on the order page and in your account, around the clock. Access to the order is kept via a personal link; when signed in — in your order history.

Refunds

For a justified claim we replace the item with a similar or different product by agreement. If replacement is not possible, we refund the amount to your in-store balance. A crypto refund to an external wallet is not guaranteed and is made only at the administration's discretion.

Crypto payments do not support automatic refunds (chargebacks). Check the product within the allotted time and contact support immediately if there is a problem.
